Common questions

I bought Remove Ads but ads are still showing — On the main menu, tap RESTORE. If that doesn't fix it, make sure you're signed into the same Google / Apple account that made the purchase, then restart the app.

I want a refund — For Play Store purchases use Google's refund flow at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory within 48 hours of purchase. For older purchases or App Store purchases, email us with your order ID and reason.

The game crashed / a feature is broken — Email us with your device model, OS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help.
