This policy applies to HPH Remote LLC apps that are made for children (e.g. listed in Google Play's "Designed for Families" program or Apple's Kids Category). These apps are built to comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU GDPR (children), Google Play's Families policy, and Apple's Kids guidelines.
Our children's apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personal or personally identifiable information. Specifically we do NOT collect:
Game progress and settings are saved only on the device and never leave it. There is no analytics SDK that profiles the child.
If a children's app shows ads, they are served only as non-personalized, child-directed ads through a Google Play / Apple certified ads partner (Google AdMob), configured with child-directed treatment (COPPA) and "under the age of consent" flags. This means:
Some of our children's apps contain no ads at all; where that is the case, nothing in this section applies.
Because we do not collect personal information from children, we have nothing to sell or share. The only data leaving the device is the minimal, non-identifying request needed to fetch a contextual ad (if the app has ads), handled by AdMob under its families/COPPA settings.
Any purchases (e.g. "Remove Ads") are processed entirely by Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — we never see payment details. We recommend parents enable purchase protection: Google Play → require authentication for purchases; Apple → Screen Time → Content & Privacy → require Ask to Buy.
Since we store no personal data about your child, there is nothing for us to retrieve or delete from a server — uninstalling the app removes all on-device data. If you have any question or concern about your child's privacy, email hphremotellc@gmail.com and we will respond promptly.
We will update the "Last updated" date above whenever this policy changes and, for material changes, note them inside the app on next launch.
