This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile games and apps published by HPH Remote LLC ("we", "us", "our games", "the Apps"). Our games are single-player. We respect your privacy and only collect the minimum data needed for an App to work and for the ads inside it to function.
Locally on your device (never leaves the device):

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, exact location, photos, contacts, microphone audio, or any account credentials.
The only third party we share data with is Google AdMob, which serves the ads in our Apps. AdMob's data handling is governed by:
Google uses the data above to choose ads, prevent fraud, measure ad performance, and (with your consent) personalise the ads you see. You can opt out of personalised ads any time in your device settings:
Our games are not directed at children under 13. AdMob is configured with the appropriate child-directed-treatment flags for our audience. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, email hphremotellc@gmail.com and we will delete it.
On iOS 14.5+ an App will ask you for tracking permission the first time you launch a game session that may show an ad. You can decline: non-personalised ads will continue to work, just at a lower revenue share for us.
If you buy "Remove Ads", a flag stored only on your device disables all ad requests. The purchase receipt is verified through Apple App Store / Google Play Billing — those receipts are processed by Apple/Google, not by us.
Game progress lives only on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App. Ad-related data is retained by Google AdMob under their policies (see link in section 2) — typically 30 days for granular event data and aggregated longer for revenue reporting.

Since we don't store any personal info on our servers, "delete my data" = uninstall the App. For AdMob's retained data, use the opt-out links in section 2 or Google's privacy dashboard myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy.
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top whenever this policy changes. Material changes will also be announced inside the App on next launch.
